Spa Day at Inspired Health & Wellness
Spa day after yoga at IHW! This will include 10-15 minute massages with Leslie our licensed massage therapist. Additionally, we will have mini facials with a local aesthetician from L'Marie Holistic Skin Care & Wellness.

About the Event
IHW is holding a spa day relaxation event for our patients and community members! We are bringing you Yoga with LaughingSoul Yoga, Mini-facials from L'Marie, and massage from Leslie Cooper LMT. Yoga starts at 1115 and has a separate registration. Spa day starts at 1pm. Register for the spa day on this event site.
Cost: $40 for Yoga+Massage+Mini-facial
Cost: $10 for Yoga only prepaid ($15 on day of event-Yoga has limited spots available, so RSVP early on the Yoga event site)
Cost: $30 for Massage+Mini-facial
