Join us at Inspired Health & Wellness for Adult and Teen Yoga with Mary Beth Thomas on October 20th at 4 pm. If weather permits we will be outside for yoga so dress for the temperature. If the weather is inclement we will be inside. Cost is $10 prepaid or $12 dollars day of event/drop in.
